The “Honhstar Cup” 2017 Mass Culture and Art Festival of Hualong Town Concludes Successfully

This cultural and art festival was hosted by the People’s Government of Hualong Town, organized by Shouguang Radio and Television Station, and sponsored by Shandong Honhstar Waterproof Materials Engineering Co., Ltd. After five rounds of open auditions lasting nearly 30 days, a number of outstanding artistic performances featuring diverse forms and rich content—such as songs, dances, crosstalk, Peking Opera, and Lü Opera—were selected from 138 entries, attracting more than 10,000 spectators on site. At the same time, awards were presented to the winners of various honors, including Hualong Town’s Most Beautiful Volunteers, Gaokao Top Performers, Model Daughters-in-Law, Model Mothers-in-Law, and Longevity Stars, and assistance was provided to six impoverished college students.
The award ceremony, interspersed with performance segments, was a major highlight of this Cultural and Arts Festival, offering the public a splendid artistic feast while inspiring spirits and rallying the vigorous momentum of the people of Hualong Town to pursue entrepreneurship and development.
Meng Xianlong, Chairman of Honhstar, took the stage to present awards to the winners of the first prize for outstanding programs at the Cultural and Arts Festival.
