Training | Honhstar’s Internal Training on “Customer Relationship Management” Concludes Successfully
To further enhance the company’s overall management capabilities, meet the needs of its strategic development, foster a company-wide learning culture, and improve employees’ learning abilities, Shenzhen Zhongxu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was engaged to conduct an internal training session for all sales personnel in the company’s main conference room from February 21 to 22, with the theme “Customer Relationship Management.”

At the outset of the training, Executive Vice President Sui Yongzong set forth two key requirements: first, strict adherence to classroom discipline; and second, that participants should seize this training as a valuable opportunity to make the most of their learning while carefully balancing work commitments, with the goal of achieving tangible results and applying what they learn effectively in the field—thereby expanding market share and achieving unparalleled success on the sales front.

This training session randomly divided all participants into six groups. Through group discussions and presentations, everyone’s enthusiasm was effectively stimulated, resulting in a highly dynamic classroom atmosphere. All participants maintained a proactive and upward-looking attitude, channeling their high spirits into the training and demonstrating an unprecedented level of engagement and enthusiasm.
