Honhstar Waterproof has always attached great importance to corporate culture development and is committed to building a garden-style factory, creating a comfortable and pleasant working and living environment for employees. To further enhance the company’s overall image, the leadership decided at the beginning of the year to build an open park and designated it as one of the company’s key tasks for 2021, with the General Office taking charge of its specific organization and implementation, after which intensive work was launched.
In April, a professional landscape design firm was engaged to conduct an on-site inspection, develop a master plan, and produce design renderings.
In May, a construction plan was formulated, and a tendering and evaluation process was conducted to select a specialized construction company. After multiple rounds of selection, Weifang Haokai Landscape and Garden Engineering Co., Ltd. was ultimately chosen as the contractor.
Construction commenced at the plant in early June, successfully overcoming adverse conditions such as the wheat harvest season and periods of high temperatures and frequent rainfall. Through close collaboration between the company and the contractor, the work was executed with precision, ensuring smooth progress and culminating in the project’s complete completion by mid-August.

This open-air park covers an area of 400 square meters and required an investment of RMB 300,000. The main landscape features include a rockery with a fish pond, a cascading waterfall and fountain, a vine-covered pergola, a pebble path adorned with rainflower stones, sculpted shrubs, and a lush evergreen lawn—making it an ideal spot for relaxation, enjoyment, and leisurely recreation.
The artificial rockery titled “Ancient Mountain Bones from Ten Thousand Caves of Taihu, Together Conjoining Peaks and Mists, Never Standing Alone”
A cascading fountain that sprays snow-like droplets, and a fish pond where swimming fish dart about in an instant.

Climbing high without fear, the trumpet vines and wisteria beneath the pergola have long been famed for their song. Along the arched walkways, wisteria and trumpet vines bloom from April through September, their vibrant reds and soft purples blending in harmonious splendor.

Decades-old boxwoods, pines, and privets, gracefully shaped and arranged in both downward-sloping and upward-gazing compositions.
