Self-assessment | Honhstar’s First Self-assessment of Skilled Personnel Successfully Concluded


In order to give full play to the principal role of enterprises in the training and evaluation of skilled personnel, in accordance with the requirements of Document No. 15 [2020] issued by the Weifang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and after review and assessment by the Weifang Municipal Personnel Examination and Labor Capacity Appraisal Center, Honhstar Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. has taken the lead in obtaining the qualification for independent evaluation, with the filing number Y000037070112, enabling it to conduct independent evaluations of enterprise skilled personnel and carry out the certification of vocational skill levels.

  Honhstar Waterproofing aims to build a learning-oriented enterprise, continuously providing theoretical and practical training in waterproofing knowledge and skills, thereby laying a solid foundation for cultivating skilled personnel. The company has established a high-standard vocational skills practice base covering approximately 900 square meters, equipped with various primary and auxiliary materials suitable for the scale of vocational skills examinations, including 10 sets of imported construction tools for modified bitumen waterproofing membranes and 76 models, thus creating an excellent learning and operation platform for the cultivation of corporate skilled personnel.
  On September 23, the first self-assessment of skilled personnel by Honhstar Waterproof was successfully carried out. The assessment covered waterproofing workers, with two renowned Chinese waterproofing masters invited as judges. The assessment levels included intermediate worker, senior worker, and technician, and the evaluation method comprised a theoretical exam, a skills assessment, and a comprehensive review. A total of 18 intermediate workers, 25 senior workers, and 10 technicians were assessed. The final assessment results are pending approval by the higher-level Skills Appraisal Center.
