Huanghua Creek, nestled in the Taihe Mountain Scenic Area of Qingzhou City, is affectionately known as the “Little Jiuzhaigou of the North.” Its pristine forests, intricate network of ravines and streams, crystal-clear brooks, and unspoiled natural setting all create a veritable outdoor oxygen bar, refreshing and invigorating to the very core.

Distant mountains resemble white ribbons, their lush greenery almost dripping with moisture; the pool of water is as clear as jade, and visitors climb high steps. The Honhstar family members put down their work, slung their backpacks over their shoulders, brought their wives and children along, and invited friends to join them. They stepped onto the water at the bottom of the valley, followed a nearly 1,200-meter-long wooden boardwalk, admired Shandong’s first cliffside waterfall, experienced canyon rafting, climbed Huanghuapo, and listened to beautiful and touching love stories. Along the way, they sang and laughed, taking in the breathtaking scenery of the “Number One Secluded Valley in the World.”

A jade maiden tosses a ball in search of a handsome young man; the princess of the Heng Kingdom’s marriage is no mere boast. Is such passionate love truly a real tale? The vestiges of it still linger, preserved in Jingtang Village. After lunch, everyone set out to admire Jingtang Ancient Village, a time-honored settlement that has weathered more than five centuries of vicissitudes. As we followed the winding cobblestone path, one ancient stone house after another came into view. Though many of these dwellings are no longer intact, their smooth, even walls, neatly arranged stones, exquisitely carved eaves, and lifelike stone lions and drums all bear testament to the primitive yet highly sophisticated stonemasonry techniques employed by ancient artisans in constructing traditional stone houses. Today, as urbanization accelerates, efforts to protect rural landscapes and local characteristics while fostering sustainable development have enabled Jingtang Ancient Village to embark on a path of enduring sustainability.

In the face of the epidemic, the chairman of Honhstar fully considered the employees’ spiritual and cultural life, demonstrating humanistic care. The company’s management made careful arrangements in terms of tour route selection, meal preparation, and emergency assistance, showcasing the company’s sense of responsibility and commitment.

The day’s activities were brief yet fulfilling. Not only did they allow employees to enjoy the beautiful scenery, get some exercise, and rejuvenate both body and mind, but they also provided a platform for mutual understanding and enhanced communication, further strengthening unity and friendship, fostering a harmonious work environment, and inspiring everyone’s enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship.
