Safety Escort | Honhstar Waterproof Provides Free Protective Helmets to Employees
Actively practicing the philosophy of “life first, safety first,” and implementing the requirement in the Road Traffic Safety Law to wear safety helmets, Honhstar Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. responded to the Notice on Strengthening the Registration of Electric Bicycles and the Management of Safety Helmet Wearing by Drivers and Passengers jointly issued by the Civilization Office and the Traffic Police Brigade of Shouguang City by providing free safety helmets to 41 employees who commute by electric bikes and motorcycles.
In order to actively implement the principle of “life first, safety first” and comply with the requirement in the Road Traffic Safety Law to wear safety helmets, as well as to respond to the Notice on Strengthening the Management of Electric Bicycle Registration and the Wearing of Safety Helmets by Drivers and Passengers jointly issued by the Civilization Office and the Traffic Police Brigade of Shouguang City, Honhstar Waterproof Materials Co., Ltd. has provided free charity helmets to 41 employees who commute by electric bikes and motorcycles.
Electric bicycles have become an essential mode of short-distance transportation for many people. A helmet serves as the rider’s last line of defense in the event of a crash, making proper helmet use all the more critical.
Zheng Chunlei, the person in charge of waterproof safety at Honhstar, conducted a special training session on road traffic safety laws and regulations, the correct way to wear a helmet, and the serious consequences that may result from not wearing a helmet as required, in order to enhance employees’ awareness that “a helmet is a shield for the head.” At the end of the training, helmets were distributed to employees on site.
