To enhance the purposefulness and timeliness of vocational skills training, Honhstar Waterproof has tailored a hands-on training plan for the second half of 2020, adopting an integrated approach that combines theoretical guidance, instructor demonstrations, and skill competitions to more effectively enrich waterproofing expertise and improve practical operational skills. From July 2 to 3, Honhstar Waterproof conducted training on the basic knowledge and construction practices for SBS internal and external corners for all its sales personnel, followed by a skill competition.
