On the afternoon of December 1, industry veteran Feng Shengli provided a detailed explanation of the fundamental theoretical knowledge of polymer waterproofing membranes.
Online Synchronous Training
This training session was conducted as a live online broadcast via Tencent Meeting, with the Jinan branch team participating synchronously.

On-site Awards Ceremony
After fierce competition, two first-prize teams, three second-prize teams, and five third-prize teams were ultimately selected.
Adhering to the principles of “unleashing internal potential, promoting mutual growth through teaching and learning, using competitions to boost learning, and integrating learning with practical application,” Honhstar Waterproof, in light of the company’s actual situation, formulated a comprehensive and detailed training plan at the beginning of the year and rigorously organized its implementation. The training covered several areas, including asphalt-based waterproofing membranes (SBS and asphalt self-adhesive), JS and polyurethane waterproof coatings, non-asphalt-based self-adhesive membrane waterproofing materials, polymer waterproofing membranes, and self-healing waterproofing systems. Through theoretical instruction, instructor demonstrations, and skills competitions, all sales personnel received systematic skills training, which enriched their expertise in waterproofing and enhanced their hands-on operational abilities, laying a solid foundation for serving customers and projects.
Past Training Highlights
Prioritizing employee training and building a learning organization have always been our core objectives, and the implementation of a “theory-based training + hands-on practice + skills competition” model represents an innovative approach to training. We will take skills development as our starting point, encouraging employees to embrace learning as a way of life, a professional responsibility, and a pursuit of value—cultivating internal competence while enhancing external image—to drive the enterprise’s high-quality development.
