Honhstar | Three Projects Participated in Selected for Luban Award
The official website of the China Construction Industry Association has published the list of the first batch of Luban Awards for Chinese Construction Projects (National Quality Projects) for 2020–2021, with a total of 126 projects on the list. Among them, three projects participated by Honhstar Waterproof have made the cut thanks to their high-quality products and systematic services.

No. 1: Linyi Municipal Party School New Campus Construction Project
The project has a total investment of RMB 998.55 million and covers a site area of 251,000 square meters. It comprises a comprehensive research building, teaching buildings, a cultural and sports center, a lecture hall, student dormitory buildings No. 1 to No. 4, student practical training buildings No. 1 to No. 3, staff apartments, and a parking garage. The project is being constructed by Tianyuan Construction Group Co., Ltd.
No. 2: Basement, Maternal and Child Health Center, and Outpatient & Emergency Building of the Honggutan Branch of Jiangxi Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital
This project is being constructed by Jiangxi Construction Engineering No. 1 Co., Ltd.
No. 3: Section I of the Underground Utility Tunnel Construction Project in Baiyin City
The pilot project for an integrated underground utility tunnel in Baiyin City has a total investment of RMB 2.238 billion and is among the first batch of national pilot projects for urban utility tunnels. The project is being undertaken by China First Metallurgical Corporation.
