On December 11, the 2020 China Real Estate Annual Procurement Summit, themed “New Value in Procurement, Building a New Habitat Together,” co-hosted by Mingyuan Cloud and Zhongcheng Liancai, was held in Shanghai. Honhstar Waterproof was honored as one of the Top 10 Most Competitive Chinese Real Estate Suppliers of 2020 (Waterproof Materials Category).

According to reports, the 2020 China Real Estate Supplier Industry Annual Rankings were based on a cloud procurement platform that encompasses more than 2,600 developers and over 200,000 suppliers. The selection process spanned two months and was conducted in a fair, impartial, open, and transparent manner, involving five key stages: recommendations from developers, support from suppliers, online voting, analysis of cloud procurement big data, and expert evaluation by developer representatives.
