Success is achieved through talent, and undertakings are expanded by talent. To further enhance employees’ professional competence and promote the company’s sustained, rapid, and high-quality development, Honhstar Waterproof hired Shenzhen Zhongxu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. to provide training for departmental staff and sales personnel at the beginning of the new year. From January 17 to 18, the first session of training kicked off in the company’s grand conference room, with the theme “Sense of Responsibility and Execution Capability.”
At the outset of the meeting, Chairman Meng Xianlong delivered a speech, urging all participants to adopt a serious and diligent attitude toward learning, actively engage in the training program, cultivate the habit and ability of lifelong learning, and take full advantage of this valuable training opportunity to enhance their personal development and increase their professional value.
Sui Yongzong, Executive Vice President of Administration, introduced the overall arrangement and disciplinary requirements for the company’s internal training before and after the Spring Festival. He said that training is the best benefit, and Honhstar has always been committed to building a learning-oriented enterprise. He urged everyone to strike a balance between training and work, ensuring sufficient time and high-quality learning, and shared his own daily learning experiences. He then recited a short poem by Wang Guozhen—“Reading”: “To read is to have foresight; not to read is to regret.”
In this training session, Zhao Liqun from the Qingdao branch of Zhongxu Co., Ltd. serves as the class teacher, while gold-certified instructor He Xiaofei acts as the trainer. The program introduces a competitive mechanism into the classroom: the class teacher has randomly divided all participants into four teams, transcending departmental boundaries. Teams are evaluated on criteria such as classroom participation, the speed and quality of assignment completion, learning outcomes, overall demeanor, talent showcases, and classroom discipline. The winning team receives rewards, while the captain of the non-winning team must fulfill their campaign promise by doing push-ups as self-punishment.
Thanks to the instructor’s prior research and understanding of the company, the session was rich with real-world case studies, presented in a clear, accessible, and engaging manner. Participants demonstrated a positive attitude and a strong thirst for knowledge, while senior management led by example by sharing their own learning insights with colleagues on the spot. Over the two-day program, moments of intense engagement alternated with peaks of enthusiasm, keeping everyone fully engaged throughout.

In the final stage, Sui Yongzong, Executive Vice President, summarized the first training session. He began by expressing gratitude on behalf of all trainees for the hard work of the two instructors, and conveyed his sincere admiration for their high professional ethics and sense of responsibility. He also commended the excellent performance of all trainees. He urged everyone to learn actively and apply what they have learned, to thoroughly digest and absorb the knowledge, to strengthen their sense of responsibility, enhance their execution capabilities, and jointly propel Honhstar toward an even brighter future.
