　　It exhibits excellent adaptability to structural deformation: when the substrate cracks or the waterproofing layer is subjected to tensile stress, the non-curing rubber-modified asphalt waterproofing layer absorbs the stress and seals microcracks in the substrate, thereby ensuring the long-term integrity of the entire waterproofing system.

◆ Outstanding self-healing capability

　　When the waterproofing layer is punctured by external forces, the damage does not propagate, and no water migration occurs at the base of the layer. Moreover, the material’s creep properties enable it to self-heal minor leaks, thereby enhancing the reliability of the waterproofing system and reducing project maintenance costs.

◆ Excellent workability

　　Application by scraping or spraying allows for a single coat to achieve the specified thickness, with no open-flame operations, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
